Sami has been working in the field of early intervention since 2015. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology–Human Services and Spanish, she completed a Psychology and Spanish study abroad program in Lima, Peru. She then completed graduate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology in 2017 and earned a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Child and Adolescent Development in 2021. Sami became board certified in 2022 and is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Wisconsin. She is passionate about delivering Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) services using play-based, relationship-focused strategies that support communication, social engagement, and developmental growth in young children. Sami collaborates closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams and has worked with diverse professionals throughout her career, including through her volunteer work with the Global Autism Project. Outside of work, Sami enjoys dancing, painting, and training her dogs.
