We provide 1:1 Mentorship and provide ongoing training and leadership opportunities.

CURRENT OPENINGS

Behavior Technician

Our Behavior Technicians are the heart and soul of Ignite. The Behavior Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings. In addition, the Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs and assist the BCBA with clinical assessments, as needed.

Senior Behavior Therapist

As a Senior Behavior Therapist, you have experience working in the field of Autism, and you are ready to take your skills and talents to the next level. The Senior Behavior Therapist will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings. In addition, the Senior Behavior Therapist will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the BCBA with initial assessments for incoming clients.

BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Ignite BCBAs are the leaders of our clinical teams and guide our interventions. The Ignite BCBA oversees clinical and operational aspects of delivering Autism intervention, including supervising clinical staff and implementing procedures/processes, training, and quality control for Autism intervention. Our BCBA's create and sustain our exceptional standards and guidelines for behavioral care services and programs. We invest in our BCBA's in all aspects of your professional development.
