School-Based Behavioral Health
A school-based behavioral health approach facilitates collaboration while ensuring that services provided in school are appropriate to the learning context. Our team has a wide variety of training in areas such as child development, mental health, learning, culturally responsive services, and school systems. We have unique expertise in how these elements interact to shape children’s behavior, learning, and overall adjustment in schools.
OUR TEAM
Sydney is a BCBA and joined Ignite in 2021. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Sydney has worked in the field of ABA for 3 years and has worked with children ages 3-15. She loves to see the progress each child makes and loves to make a difference in each child’s life. In her free time, Sydney enjoys spending time with family and friends, knitting, and reading.
